3D MODELING

From complex 2D drawings on CAD to a simple 2D drawing on a napkin, NGP can build your 3D model from any competent sketch up design. We also convert existing 3D casting models and turn them into permanent tooling models that you can then use at your own convenience.
3D PRINTING
North Georgia Pattern is breaking new ground and changing the rules of tooling production. With the help of Fused Deposition Modeling(FDM) 3D printers, NGP has succeeded in making expensive complex tooling a thing of the past. Using both 3D printing and traditional patternmaking methods, NGP is able to construct hybrid tooling that fits any need, big or small, all at extremely competitive pricing.
REPAIR
Wear and tear is unavoidable. Tooling will chip, break, crack, expand or simply get lost. NGP will get you back up and running by repairing your existing tooling and if need be, remaking your missing components to fit your current patterns.
RECONDITIONING
Critical dimensions can be lost over time with heavy usage and sand molds will become sloppy and inaccurate, all causing more wasted time and headache as problems persist. That’s where we come in. NGP works directly with foundries to get down to the real problems and replace high wear surfaces with high wear resistant surfaces.
REVERSE ENGINEERING
